To effectively lead and manage talent in today’s global organizations, however, it’s no longer possible to ignore the value of people analytics in business strategy and planning. The future of work is in fact, being largely determined by the development of technologies such as AI. Without putting aside the importance of the human element, the biggest experts in the field are using technology to foster cultures of innovation and develop meaningful experiences in workplaces.
