As an IT Service Management trainer, consultant and line manager with over twenty-five years of experience in IT, Marcel has performed strategic and tactical assignments in a wide variety of areas. His experience includes project and program management including process design, product management, requirements analysis and training delivery related to the IT Service Management international best practice, in both the private and public sectors on a global scale.

His area of consulting expertise is in advising organizations on IT Service Management, based on ITIL® (IT Infrastructure Library) best practices, and in the management of these initiatives to improve organizational and operational efficiencies and service delivery quality. He also excels as an experienced facilitator, trainer, and lecturer. He is committed to the successful delivery of total solutions to his client base, achieved through respect for the management of change issues involved in the resulting integration of people, process and technology.
